Our Origin
Our founders, Chris Field and Darby Wong, worked together as attorneys at a major Silicon Valley law firm, where they represented hundreds of the world's best startups. Chris and Darby found themselves spending a ton of time fixing serious legal problems caused by online services, low-quality lawyers, or DIY approaches. This often delayed financings and acquisitions, and resulted in large legal bills. Finally, Chris and Darby decided to do something about it – and started Clerky.
Today
